Social Services in Haninge Municipality

The Social Services in Haninge Municipality is responsible for individual and family care as well as support and services for people with disabilities. The administration is the hub for strategic and process-oriented support within the department. We coordinate and develop the work for the social committee, management, and core processes of the operational areas. Here, a team with various specialist roles works, including administrative lawyer, quality developer, business controller, contract controller, change leader, local controller, administrative assistant, and qualified case officer.

Your mission

As a quality developer, you play a key role within the social services to contribute to quality and development. You will be an important support function in the department's follow-up and development work, which, together with other functions, contributes to better services for our target groups and ensures that political goals are met.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Leading development assignments within the department such as investigations and internal audits based on the committee's priorities and goals
  • Conducting investigations according to Lex Sarah regulations
  • Process development in accordance with systematic quality work
  • Monitoring and analyzing the quality of operations
  • Conducting needs and market analyses prior to procurements, drafting specifications, and participating in evaluation and implementation of new providers
  • Planning and conducting collaboration meetings with internal and external providers
  • Monitoring the social services area
  • Responsible for preparing decision-making material for the social committee

What we are looking for in you

You should have a degree in social work or another relevant bachelor's degree. You have deep and broad knowledge of the committee's target groups within disability care or individual and family care.

  • You have several years of experience in either public authority or service provision.
  • You have broad knowledge of legal requirements, regulations, and guidelines within the committee's area.
  • You have written reports, investigations, and service statements.
  • You should have good knowledge of management systems for systematic quality work and process development.

It is an advantage if you have

  • investigated and written reports according to Lex Sarah regulations.
  • experience in quality monitoring of the committee's internal and external operations.
  • experience in drafting specifications and participating in the entire procurement process.

Your qualities

You have a consultative and world-oriented approach. You organize, drive, and systematically follow up on your own work. You have excellent communication skills in both speech and writing. In the recruitment process, we place great emphasis on personal suitability.
